Festering, still quite smoky and reductive citrus aroma with fine stone fruit notes, some herbs, pepper, and clear minerality. Taut, juicy, fairly dense fruit, smoky and slightly dried-plant notes, very fine acidity, grip on the palate, persistent, with a slightly sweet core, but also a coarse spiciness, good depth, has tension, builds more and more mineral energy with air, some yellow spice in the background, ethereal hints, very good, taut, complex, juicy, and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
