Translate to English Fester, herber und tiefer, rauchiger bis speckiger und kräuteriger Duft mit Zitrusaromen, etwas Steinobst, kreidigen Anklängen, Kräutersaitlingen und Speck. Straffe, reife, ausgesprochen saftige Frucht, lebendige, sehr feine Säure und Griff, rauchig am Gaumen, deutlich mineralisch, pflanzliche, leicht an Pak Choi erinnernde Töne, ganz leichte Süße, etwas curryartige gelbe Würze, nachhaltig, ein wenig ätherisch, Ananas und Mandarine im Hintergrund, auch zarte Schalentöne, sehr guter, saftiger und würziger Abgang mit feiner Schärfe und wieder deutlicher mineralischer Energie.
