Quite firm, slightly herbal and floral, quite firm aroma of ripe yellow fruits with earthy nuances and ethereal traces. Ripe, juicy, very slightly warm fruit, vegetable to herbal spice, floral traces, some yeast, lively acidity and noticeable grip, persistent on the palate, clear minerality, delicately sweet melting, some yellow spice, also red berry traces, very good, firm, juicy, again a trace sweet finish
