Polished, nutty, a little floral and fine-vegetable aroma with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruity aromas, a little smoke, still yeasty tones as well as chalky mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit, very fine, lively acidity, delicate tannin, persistent on the palate, lots of power, distinct minerality, light wood and a hint of smoke, fresh vegetal nuances, hints of candy, very good, juicy, grippy and mineral finish with noticeable alcohol and sweet melting, but also grip. Tightens up once again with air
