Quite firm, somewhat spicy, tobacco and almondy aroma of partly preserved mixed berries with a hint of plums, cocoa and wasabi. Firm, juicy, tart fruit with a slight acid bite and some bitter chocolate and nutty wood flavours, youthful, tight tannin, good substance and persistence, some depth, hints of laurel, pepper and salt, very good, animating finish.
