2018 Chardonnay Nature, Rheinhessen, Germany

Light golden yellow. Cool, firm, somewhat yellow-spicy, nutty and a little dried-herbal aroma of ripe yellow fruits with slightly minty hints, smoke and yeast. Firm, dry fruit with nutty-woody and delicately floral aromas, very fine, lively acidity, noticeable, tart, grippy phenolic, quite good persistence, mint and lavender in the background, salty minerality, very good finish with slightly noticeable alcohol
