Smoky, nutty and yeasty aroma with pome fruit notes and black berry aromas, some tobacco and dried mushrooms. Firmly knit, tangy fruit with yeasty, smoky and nutty aromas, fine mousseux, some grip, again tobacco flavours, a little yellow spice, buttery traces, persistent on the palate, very slightly peppery-etheric, slight warmth, meaty nuances in the background, very good, somewhat melting finish, again with black berries.

Firmly woven, bright, creamy fruit, clearly nutty yeasty aromas, very fine, youthful mousseux, some grip, persistent on the palate, buttery nuances, completely dry, some depth, very good, firm, tart, nutty, yeasty and buttery finish, again with a little ethereal spice.
