Translate to English Kühle, deutlich pflanzliche Zitrusnase mit etwas säuerlichem Apfel und Pfirsich sowie hefigen Spuren. Schon merklich süße, schlanke Frucht mit hellen, nussigen Hefetönen und pflanzlichen Noten, relativ feines Mousseux, eingeschränkte Substanz, erdige Nuancen im Hintergrund, metallische Spuren, ordentlicher Abgang, wieder mit einer für "brut" schon fast etwas zu deutlichen Süße.
