2022 VDP.Gutswein trocken "Breisgau", Baden, Germany

Fester, nutty and slightly smoky, still a bit reductive core fruit-citrus aroma with fine vegetal notes, some flint and moderate wood spice. Firm, herbaceous, juicy, cool, dense fruit, smoky and slightly roasted wood notes, again some flint, fine vegetal tones on the palate, a bit of pepper and egg, persistent, certain depth, pronounced, salty minerality, a bit of citrus peel, quite complex, very good, firm, herbaceous, juicy finish with plant and smoky spice.
