2021 VDP.Gutswein trocken "Breisgau", Baden, Germany

Somewhat nutty and a hint of smoky pomaceous fruit aroma with delicate mushroomy nuances, hints of pistachios and a hint of smoke. Slender, polished, finely juicy, tart fruit, nutty and smoky hints, a little vegetal on the palate, certain minerality, a hint of bacon, quite good persistence, good to very good, again cool, finely juicy finish with bite.
