Clear, quite firm, polished aroma of red and black berries with subtle smoky and bacony nuances, a hint of beetroot, delicate juniper and wild mushrooms. Relatively cool, tart fruit with moderate smoky and toasty wood spice, fine, youthful tannin, some bite, bitter chocolate nuances and a little coffee grounds, good persistence, salty and chalky tones, some ethereal spice, has freshness, good depth, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
