Taut, lively, fresh and very juicy in the mouth, yeasty nuances, herbs and floral traces, some acid bite and lively, very fine tannin, clear minerality on the palate, chalky and salty, herbaceous-vegetable nuances, a touch of chocolate, good depth, very good, fresh, animatingly juicy, finely spicy and mineral finish, again with peppery nuances
