Firm, somewhat developed, tart, somewhat nutty-woody aroma of ripe predominantly black berries with smoky nuances, a little red berries and plums as well as tobacco and nutty hints. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with smoky, toasty and nutty wood aromas and relatively present, crumbly, sandy tannins, again a little plum on the palate, hints of liquorice, mineral notes in the background, has power but also a certain polish, good depth, chocolaty nuances, very good, firm finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Vielschichtiger, aber noch sehr verschlossen wirkender, kühler, herber Duft nach säuerlichen roten und schwarzen Beeren mit einer Spur Kirschen, floralen Nuancen, etwas Kräutern und erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Reintönig, kühl und feinsaftig im Mund, sehr geschliffene Frucht, wieder rote Beeren und eher helle Kirschen, moderate Holzwürze, jugendliches, feines, teils auch noch leicht trocknendes Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feiner Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, florale Töne, viel salzige Mineralik, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.

Klare, saftige Frucht im Mund, sehr feines Tannin, merklicher Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, moderate, vanillige Holztöne, eine Spur Milchschokolade und Kaffee, gute Nachhaltigkeit, kräuterige und deutlich mineralische Töne, hat Schmelz, wird mit Luft eher noch fester, sehr guter Abgang. Muss reifen.
