Somewhat nutty and a hint of bacon aroma with yellow fruity flavours and fine root vegetable tones reminiscent of spring onions and a hint of butter. Finely juicy, almost cool, very dry fruit, nutty and hinted smoky tones, again some spring onion, also celery in the background, fine acidity, slight grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, a hint of butter and salt, hints of red berries, very good, still a little drying finish.
