Clear, cool, herbaceous-vegetable, slightly yeasty and almond-nutty pome fruit nose with citrus aromas and a little cucumber and light mineral notes. Quite firm, polished fruit with light nutty-woody and delicately smoky notes, fresh planty aromas on the palate, lively acidity, certain strength, but also cooling elements, good persistence, chalky-salty minerality, good to very good, still slightly covered finish with juice, spice, planty notes and again minerality
