Somewhat subdued, dried vegetable, earthy and slightly nutty fragrance with yellow fruity aromas and vegetable notes. Also in the mouth slightly covered fruit with vegetable, yeasty, mushroom and nutty aromas, present acidity, slightly drying tannin, certain strength and persistence, mineral in the background, some sweetness, good to very good, still a little rough finish
