Rather tart, quite firm, slightly dried vegetable and nutty to a little woody scent of mixed berries and cherries with dried mushroom and bacon nuances. Relatively juicy fruit in the mouth, only at first a little bit hidden by a lot of tart, somewhat smoky and roasted wood, present tannins, certain acid bite, bacon and mushroom nuances on the palate, coffee notes, good substance and persistence, clearly gains in juice on aeration, while the wood integrates, chalky minerality, still undeveloped, very good finish
