Nutty, somewhat yeasty and slightly tobacco aroma with restrained, quite fine yellow fruity aromas, herbal tones as well as a hint of mushrooms and smoke. Clear, fine-juicy, very dry fruit with yeasty, nutty and planty to herbal notes, fine mousseux, good persistence, tobacco hints on the palate, a hint of seaweed, chalky-salty nuances, some depth, very delicately smoky in the background, very good, quite tight, yet also slightly creamy finish with bite.
