Firm, yeasty citrus-apple scent with planty to delicately herbal and nutty aromas, mushrooms and a hint of tobacco. Clear, juicy, yet quite dry fruit, nutty, yeasty and herbal tones, again a little mushroom, very fine mousseux, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, certain depth, delicate creaminess, a hint of dark fruit and again a hint of tobacco in the background, smoky nuances, a little chalk and salt, very good, fine-juicy and spicy finish. Very skilful.
