Cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, nutty and vegetal aromas, some citrus and a hint of pomaceous fruit. Clear, polished and fairly tart fruit on the palate, fine mousse, good persistence, some bite, more prominent yeasty aromas, light vegetal, herbaceous and nutty notes, mineral traces, very good tart, elegant, juicy finish. Very well made.
