Translate to English Kühl-vegetabiler und etwas nussiger Duft mit Kernobstnoten sowie erdigen und noch ganz leicht hefigen Tönen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, nussige und herbe erdige bis mineralische Töne, sehr feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff und altholzige Nuancen am Gaumen, auch eine Andeutung getrockneter Pilze, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zart süßlicher Schmelz, guter bis sehr guter, feinfruchtiger und deutlich mineralischer Abgang.
