Tart, clearly vegetal and somewhat earthy, almost a little pungent aroma with restrained yellow fruity notes, some soup herbs, mushrooms and spices. Ripe, juicy fruit in the mouth, some candy, nutty-woody spice, a hint of tobacco and earthy notes, relatively present acidity, some tannic grip, persistent on the palate, noticeable alcohol, undergrowth tones, delicately sweetish melt, a little rustic style, good to very good, tart, very slightly rough, woody, cheesy and high-alcohol finish with buttery notes.
