Translate to English Vegetabiler und noch reduktiver, eine Spur krautiger, auch einen Hauch pfeffriger und kräuteriger Duft mit Kernobstnoten, an Artischocken erinnernden Tönen, ein wenig Zitrusfrüchten und erdiger Mineralik. Fest herb und kräftig im Mund, kühle Frucht mit pflanzlichen Aromen und wieder viel erdiger bis kalkiger Mineralik, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, moderates, ein wenig herb-nussiges Holz, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit Biss.
