Auch im Mund kühl und ziemlich geschliffen, feinfruchtig, mit sehr feiner, relativ präsenter Säure und noch etwas Kohlensäure, etwas nachhaltig am Gaumen, zart nussig und mineralisch, zitronige Töne, ordentlicher Abgang.
