Ripe apples, citrus and melon on the nose, nutty notes, light mineral notes and some dried herbs. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, noticeable alcohol, tart spicy notes, elegant acidity, mineral notes and some more dried herbs in the background, quite mature, delicate tart notes, noticeable alcohol again on a good finish. The excess of alcohol is becoming more noticeable, should be drunk now.

Editor note: Apples and yellow mirabelle plums on the nose, elegant herbaceous notes, firm, cool mineral notes. Full-bodied and very creamy, good substance, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, mineral backbone, nutty and spicy notes in the background, very well balalnced, medium depth, still young, spicy and nutty notes on a good finish.
