Deep nose with delicate mineral notes, citrus aroma with notes of honey melon and green vegetables. Elegantly creamy, very juicy fruit, concentrated and absolutely clean and typical, very elegant acidity, great persistence on the palate, elegant mineral notes and spice in the background, excellent balance, just a touch of oak, very long finish.
