Elegantly spicy nose of white flower petals, with notes of apples and some vegetables. Powerful, spicy fruit, firmly woven, with crisp acidity very well integrated, mineral notes on the palate, again delicate floral aromas, persistent, long spicy finish.

Editor note: Delicately spicy, elegant bouquet with notes of green herbs, apples and some melon. Full-bodied, quite juicy fruit, still with fermentation aromas, powerful body with firm minerals and spices in the background, very good structure, persistent on the palate, harmonious, with a spicy finish.
