Cool, fairly firm nose, delicate floral and light vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, hint of fennel, dark berries and bacon. Polished, bright, firm fruit with nuances reminiscent of lemon fillets and mint, lively acidity, has some grip, good persistence, hints of blackcurrants and dried mushrooms, light minerality, very good finish with bite.
