Clear and rather cool, noble, quite deep, polished, nutty aroma with fine citrus and pome fruit aromas and very restrained wood tones. Polished, fine-juicy, tart fruit with nutty and delicately peppery-spicy aromas, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent and firm on the palate, certain power and depth, sturdy and at the same time elegant style, quite clear minerality, a trace of resinous herbs, still undeveloped, very good, tight, fine-juicy and -spicy finish with bite and plenty of salt.
