Cool, somewhat planty citrus nose with pome fruit nuances, still a hint of yeast as well as floral and nutty traces and hints of dark spice. Fine, cool, almost slender fruit, fresh planty and delicate yeasty tones, a hint of red berries in the background, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, mineral hints, a hint of celery, very good, cool, tart finish with bite.
