2019 trocken Cuvée "Limberg XIX", Baden, Germany

Slightly smoky and somewhat nutty-woody aroma of ripe black rather than red berries with herbaceous-vegetable nuances, hints of peppery spice, paprika and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, quite firm, juicy fruit with nutty and smoky-spicy aromas, fine, youthful tannin, delicate bite, persistent on the palate, again also peppery tones, in the background also salt, slightly chalky texture, still undeveloped, some depth, very good, firm finish.
