2018 Extra Brut Pinot, Baden, Germany

Firm, yeasty, nutty and slightly tobacco-vegetable aroma of pome fruit and citrus zest with a hint of dark fruit and hints of mushrooms and floral traces. Taut, tangy fruit with grip and noticeable acidity, smoky, nutty and herbaceous-vegetable tones, medium-fine, lively mousseux, some grip, black berry nuances, salt in the background, very good, smoky finish with some tannic grip.
