2016 Scheurebe-Chenin Blanc trocken -SE-, Baden, Germany

Tart, cool nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, restrained, elegant, light yellow fruit, lemon blossoms, touch of elderberry, fairly rpominent mineral notes. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, yeasty, fresh vegetal and mineral notes, lively, very elegant acidity, light tannic touch, good persistence, some elderberry and some more lemon blossoms in the background, white pepper, still undeveloped, very good firm, tart finish.
