Cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous and fine-vegetable pomaceous fruit nose with a hint of white and green berries. Clear, juicy, not completely dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of pepper and grapefruit, lively acidity, delicate grip, blanched almonds and hints of courgette in the background, a hint of dark berries and salt on a good to very good finish.
