Firm and quite deep, delicately floral citrus and stone fruit nose with a hint of smoke, lemongrass, some white meat and a hint of fennel. Clear, finely juicy, slender, very dry fruit, delicate smoky and nutty tones, a little vegetal to herbaceous, a little yellow spice and miso on the palate, clear minerality, moderate grip, good persistence and some depth, very good, tart, firm finish.
