Floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, partly candied yellow fruit, nutty and earthy traces. Partly candied fruit on the palate, vegetal and floral notes, hint of bacon, nutty, herbaceous and earthy notes, integrated acidity, very slightly muted by tannins, mineral notes in the background, smoky traces, good finish.
