Fairly tart, clearly vegetal, also earthy nose with citrus aromas and a hint of elderberry. Ripe, slightly warm, creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, light spicy yellow spice, elegant acidity, delicate hint of carbon dioxide, good substance, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral traces, slightly rustic style, sweetish traces, good finish.
