Reife, recht saftige Frucht, viel Hefe, nussig-holzige Aromen und pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, lebendige Säure, ein wenig Kandis und Butter im Hintergrund, gute Substanz, wärmender Alkohol, süßlich-schmelziger Abgang.
