Translate to English Herber, kräuteriger, etwas hefiger und nussiger Stein- und Kernobstduft mit erdigen bis mineralischen und leicht getrocknet-floralen Tönen. Ganz trockene, zurückhaltende Frucht, wieder etwas nussig und zart hefig, getrocknet-pflanzliche Aromen, erdige Mineralik, feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und gute Substanz, hat Griff, ganz leicht holzige Nuancen im Hintergrund, ein Hauch Olivenöl, sehr guter Abgang.
