Translate to English Herb-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger und auch mineralischer Duft mit kühlen Zitrusaromen, etwas grünem Apfel und grünen Beeren. Klare, herbe Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabile und leicht erdige Noten, präsente Säure, gewisse Mineralik, leichter Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund ein wenig Holunder und Paprika, nicht allzu tief, aber sorgfältig gemacht, ordentlicher Abgang.
