Firm, somewhat nutty, tobacco and vegetal to herbaceous nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of pepper and root vegetables. Clear, juicy, firm fruit with some nutty and peppery notes, delicate melting and a hint of avocado, very fine acidity, delicate tannic grip, good substance and persistence, certain depth, hints of crab meat and some barrel wood in the background, clearly salty minerality, very good finish with bite.
