Firm, slightly smoky, somewhat nutty and finely vegetal nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of meadow flowers and hints of medicinal herbs. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with a hint of redcurrants, some smoke and lardo, lively, yet fine acidity, dense and persistent, has a grip of ripe tannin, slightly roasted wood notes in the background, hints of mussel shells and avocado, chalky and almost stony minerality, some depth, very good to long, finely juicy finish with bite.
