Firm, calm, nutty and barrel-woody bouquet with pome fruit and yellow fruit notes, ethereal-herbal traces, hints of nutty ham and quite fine vegetal and tobacco spice. Ripe, again firm, calm, rather tart fruit, nutty, smoky and woody notes, clearly vegetal on the palate, mineral and delicately peppery tones, good substance and persistence, some grip, very fine acidity, certain depth, bacony nuances, wild mushrooms in the background, very good, tight, nutty and salty finish.
