Quite restrained, cool, bright, tart, herbaceous-vegetable, yeasty, still a little smoky-reductive nose with bright yellow-fruity notes, floral traces and distinct minerality. Firmly woven, tangy, ripe, bright fruit, yeasty and slightly bitterish-herbal aromas, quite fine, lively acidity, noticeable grip, yeasty nuances, persistent on the palate, slightly nutty, tangy, bright minerality, very good, still very slightly muted, with air finely juicy and polished finish.
