Slightly warm and at the same time also cool nose of partly cooked predominantly red fruits with nutty aromas, some cocoa and dried flowers. Rather tart fruit with some acidity and moderate, fine sandy tannins, slightly smoky, again nutty and hints of bitter chocolate, nuances of blood and iron, some persistence, a hint of roasting, delicate herbal tones, some salt, good to very good finish.
