Delicate smoky, subtly nutty-yeasty and herbal to plant-like, also tobacco-like aroma with restrained, tart yellow fruit notes. Ripe, juicy, firm-structured fruit, cool herbal and seaweed-like tones, a hint of shellfish and crab meat on the palate, very delicate sweetness and lively, fine acidity, a bit of grip, floral nuances, persistent, bright minerality, a trace of red berries, very good, cool, taut, juicy finish with grip and mineral pull.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2031+. What our ratings mean
