Youthful, somewhat nutty-yeasty and slightly herbal to herbal scent with a hint of smoke and rather restrained, bright yellow fruit aromas. Bright, juicy, sweet fruit, very fine acidity, again yeasty, nutty and smoky notes, good sustainability, bitter mineral tones in the background, a bit of yellow spice, quite firm structure, very good, juicy and spicy finish with well-integrated, albeit somewhat unnecessary sweetness.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
