Cool, firm, yeasty as well as delicately nutty and tobacco aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances and quite distinct minerality. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, largely tart fruit, lively acidity, nutty, yeasty and herbal nuances, persistent on the palate, has grip and life, mineral and hints of nutty spice, then a hint of sweetness, very good, taut, cool, fine-juicy and again mineral finish with tension. Animating.
