Cool, yeasty, herbal and floral pome fruit-citrus nose with peach notes and earthy-mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, dry fruit, nutty, yeasty and partly dark earthy-mineral tones, very slight warmth, very fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, delicate tobacco hints, persistent, good substance and some depth, fine, tart spiciness, quite dense, multi-layered, very good, firm, tangy, spicy and very mineral finish. First class
