A somewhat nutty, plant-like to dried-herb-like and slightly meaty-animal scent of predominantly dark berries with a hint of sour cherries and a suggested tar. Straightforward, rather warm fruit with some bitter chocolate and nutty, very slightly reminiscent of walnut wood aromas, a certain sustainability, moderate tannin, earthy tones, good finish.
